ASFT maintains a broad cross section of skilled and experienced project managers that use a number of project management and lifecycle methodologies, from a traditional phased approach to an agile, reconfigurable and interactive approach. ASFT has successfully demonstrated in past performances with Government and Industry customers that it possesses the expertise in development and implementation of project plans and schedules through the use of Earned Value Management (EVM) and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

One of our Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) Program Managers says we can analyze and monitor scope, schedule, and cost thus providing an early warning of performance problems such as scope creep before it actually occurs with EVM." Due to the complex nature of our customer's projects, ASFT uses the WBS to provide our project managers a framework for the development of the overall planning and control of a contract thus better supporting the customer's needs. Coupling the EVM and WBS elements while maintaining a continuous liaison with engineering and production leads will ensure each high-profile projects are:

• Maintained in real-time synchronization
• Realized and predictable
• Delivered on time and within scope.
